CS Hon. Moses Kuria, accompanied by PS Performance and Delivery Management, Veronica Nduva, presided over the national tree growing exercise at Mulaha Primary School, Siaya County.
A total of 2000 trees were planted, Siaya County has a target of planting 3 million trees annually, and is expected to have planted 33 million trees by 2030.
Present were the, County Forest Consevator, Richard Arunga, County Commissioner Susan Waweru, the leadership of Siaya County government, members of the county security team, among others.
