The corporate Service Division offers Support to the Whole of KFS.

This Division is responsible with the following:

• Coordinate and guide staff related issues within the organization.
• Coordinate specific Human Resources planning, training and development.

The following are the responsibilities of the college:

• Train Technical Forestry Personnel.
• Paramilitary training for Forest Rangers

The program operates on farm lands and medium potential areas and in the communal land trusts in the ASALs.

The main objective is to support and Facilitate farmers to raise trees and forest products in their farms in order to ease pressure on gazzeted forests and also manage the woodland forestry resources in the ASALs.
